Justis has been a headhunter for over a decade, with the last 8 of those years specializing in the construction & engineering industry. Some of the more common roles Justis has filled over the last 8 years include: VP of Construction, Construction Manager, Senior Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Chief Estimator, Quality Manager, Engineering Manager, District Manager, COO and many more. Over the years, Justis has become known as the ‘go-to guy’ to both candidates and clients in the construction and engineering industry throughout Canada.
Justis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from McMaster University, a Masters in Strategic Human Resources Management from Cornell University and has achieved the Registered Recruitment Professional (RPR) Certification from the Institute of Professional Management.
Justis is passionate about helping his clients build their businesses and helping people transition to a career that is more fulfilling to them.
On a personal level, Justis is a husband and father to two little boys – Hendrix (3) and Maverick (2). He spends all of his free time with them—whether it be wrestling, playing ‘chase’, walking to the park, or taking them to throw a ball around in the field.
Justis is an avid sports fan. He loves the Winnipeg Jets and the Toronto Raptors. He enjoys traveling and being outdoors. His favorite places to travel to are Vancouver Island (for hiking and wine tours) as well as Dominican Republic (for the beaches and swim up bars)
