The Pederson Group has been retained by Thor Plumbing & Heating to conduct a search for an HVAC Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain Boilers, MUA systems and HVAC equipment

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively

• Use digital platforms for communication and job tracking

• Follow safety standards and industry regulations at all times

• Work independently while contributing to team success

• Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines

Experience and Qualifications:

• Red Seal HVAC/R certification + B Gas Ticket (starting at $47/hour)

• A Gas Ticket? Even better — ($52/hour)

• Hands-on experience with boilers and MUA systems

• Strong mechanical skills with a top-tier work ethic

• A team-oriented individual who contributes to a positive workplace culture
